The Eastern Conference is littered with the cream of the crop, and the New York Knicks are the best of the bunch, but they’re not the only ones.
They’re joined by the Philadelphia 76ers, Detroit Pistons, Toronto Raptors, Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics, as well as the Toronto Raptors and Brooklyn Nets, as the Eastern Conference’s elite.
